For what reasons did you choose franchise as a method of cooperation?

After many years of running a multibrand store, i.e. collaborating with many companies, I realized that the time and expenses for sampling and exhibitions were too much. Also, many times the wrong choices were made and so, after much thought, I made the decision to prefer an already known brand name with a large customer base and clearly less risk.

What made you trust DOCA and how would you describe the cooperation between you so far?

It is a Greek company with a constant progress, complete styling and affordable prices. Of course, all these facts were a big lure. Also, the well-kept stores and the brand's advertising contributed to my choice. I would describe the relationship between us as constructive and friendly, since reliability is what comes first in our daily contact.

Within how much time was the store ready to start operating?

Our enthusiasm and impatience for this collaboration, as well as the impeccable organization of our partners, made it possible to operate the business within two months.

How has the local market welcomed you and what is the peoples’ opinion about the products?

From the first moment, the local market welcomed the Greek brand with particular enthusiasm, since the already known products it was looking for on the internet were immediately available. Even today, 14 years later, the love and preference of consumers still make us proud of the quality we offer them.

What factors contribute to your store’s successful operation?

A basic care in our store is the friendly service so that the consumers feel that they are in their personal space. Also, the right choice of location and staff contribute to the successful course as well as the quality of the products and the organization that exists within the store.
