In cases 1, 2 & 3, the cost of returning and sending the new product is the sole responsibility of DOCA, using ELTA courier. Valid within Greece.
In case 4, the return costs are paid exclusively by DOCA, using ELTA courier. The cost of sending the new product amounts to €2 and is to be paid by the customer.
In the case of a second change, the cost of return and reshipping is to be paid by the customer.
The new order must be of equal or greater value to the one it replaces.
In the event of choosing any other courier company, the customer will be charged the cost of return.

In cases 1 & 2, the return cost is paid by DOCA, using ELTA courier. Valid within Greece.
If any other courier company is chosen, the customer is responsible for the return cost.
In the 3rd & 4th case, the return cost is paid by the customer. Simple Mail is suggested as the most economical solution.
The refund can be made through:
- The credit/debit card or PayPal, with which the payment of the original order was made
- by deposit to the bank account (IBAN) indicated, if the payment of the original order was made by cash on delivery.

1. Women's earrings are not returnable after purchase for reasons of hygiene.
2. Returned products must be accompanied by the legal sales document (receipt) and this return form, which will be enclosed within the parcel.
3. Changes or returns for online orders can be made within 14 days of the date of the receipt.
4. Product exchanges may also be made at a physical DOCA store. A legal sales document (receipt or change card) is required and is valid for 14 days from the date of receipt.
5. For an exchange to take place, the products must be in their original condition and packaging, not worn, modified or washed and the tag and barcode must not be removed.
