Return policy

You can return your whole or part of your order, if you are not satisfied with them.

You can return products in these cases:
1) if you receive a defective product 
2) if you receive different products from the one you ordered.
3) FOR GREECE in case the size of the product does not fit well (only for products from the categories shoes & clothes)
4) in case you want to exchange a product you received, which is not defective

No return will be accepted, unless you contact to Online Shop department via phone or email. You can reach us via phone at +30 2310 695950 – 3 (select 1 at the voice menu), or e-mail at style@doca.gr and report the fact.

You can return products within 14 days from the day you received the parcel. Returned goods must not be damaged or worn and all original labels, hangtags and package are required. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Furthermore, the original receipt has to be enclosed in the returning package.

In cases 1, 2 DOCA undertakes the full transfer cost.

In case 3, DOCA undertakes the full cost for orders within Greece, while for orders outside Greece the customer undertakes the full shipping cost.

In case 4 the customer pays the shipping cost for the return, and DOCA undertakes the shipping cost for sending back the new product only for the first exchange of each order and only within Greece. In case of a second exchance or orders outside Greece, the customer undertakes the total cost of shipping. The new products should always be of a higher or equal price than the products returned.

The shipping cost, the cost of cash on delivery service and the difference arising from the new order, must be paid from the customer.

You have the right to return the products and get a full or partial refund within 14 days from the date the order is received. In case the cash on delivery service has been selected for the order, the fee for this additional service is not refunded. The original receipt must be enclosed in the package.
