4. How do I view my order history?
After logging in with your username and password, go to ‘My profile’ in the top right of the page and then to ‘My orders’. On this page you can view completed orders, current orders awaiting delivery or orders that have been cancelled. You can even complete an order that you left pending.

Once you have logged in with your username and password, go to ‘My profile’ in the top right-hand corner of the page and then to ‘Additional information’. On this page you can change your details or add a different shipping address.
6. How can I check the delivery time?
You can track your order by searching for the shipment offered by the courier companies we work with. Please call 2310 695 950 (ext. 101,109) to check the delivery number of your parcel.
7. What should I do when I receive my order?
When receiving a parcel, check the integrity and general condition of the delivered products and the parcel's security tapes in the presence of the carrier. In case of refusal to accept the order, notify us immediately by e-mail or by telephone to inform us of the reasons for refusing to accept the parcel.
8. What should I do if a product in my order is defective?
All products are checked before dispatch by the inspection department. However, in case you find a defect, please inform us immediately by e-mail at style@doca.gr, indicating your details and attaching photos of the product in the condition in which you received it. You will be informed by telephone about the actions taken.
9. How will I know that my order has been registered?

10. How can I find the size that fits me?
Products that have sizes, have detailed dimensional data in the features section. Dimensions are in centimeters.
11. Are all the products from the DOCA catalog available?
Only the products shown in the online shop are available. Product quantities are updated daily, however it is possible that a product you have ordered may be out of stock due to high demand. In this case, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to inform you of the alternatives available.

13. How long will it take for my items to arrive once I make an order?
Your order is executed and shipped on the next working day after the day of registration. Delivery for shipments within Greece (if all products are ready for delivery) is within 1-3 working days depending on your region. Delivery for shipments outside Greece varies depending on the company you choose (with DHL it is 2-3 working days, while with ELTA it is 7-14 working days). The above times are indicative, refer to working days (excluding weekends and holidays) and may vary depending on conditions and product availability.
14. Are the credit/debit card transaction methods reliable?
The transaction process takes place in a secure environment, using an SSL certificate. The partner bank is E.F.G. Eurobank and all information from your computer to the bank's server is encrypted. All banking information is confidential.
