How can I see my order history?

Log in to your account, go to "Profile" at the right of the page and then to "My orders". At this page you can check completed, pending or cancelled orders. You can also complete a pending order.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order via the searching option of the cooperative courier company. Please call +30 2310 695 950 or e-mail us at and we will inform you about your personal tracking number.

What should I do when I receive my order?

When you receive your order, you should check that the box is sealed and has not been misused. You should also check the quality of the delivering products. In case you note any defect, please e-mail us at attaching photos of the defective product, mentioning the defect and your contact information.

How can I be sure that my orders is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation e- mail at the address you stated. In case you do not receive the e-mail in the inbox, please check the spam or junk mails. Otherwise contact us and we will confirm your order.

How can I find the right size for me?

The dimensions (for bags), the height of the heel (for shoes) and the sizes for clothes are shown at the category "Features".

Are all the products of DOCA’s catalogue available?

Only the products displayed at the online shop are available. We update the quantities of the products daily, however some products might be out of stock because of increased demand. In this case, we will contact you and inform you of alternative solutions.

How will I receive my order?

We cooperate with ACS courier and ELTA’s Porta-Porta for shipping within Greece and with DHL and the Hellenic Post Office for abroad shipping.

When will I receive my order?

Your order is executed either on the day that you place it or on the next working day. As long as the products you order are available delivery time is 1-3 días laborales working days for shipping within Greece. For abroad shipping delivery time is 2-3 working days (with DHL) and 7-14 working days (with Hellenic Post Office). These times are approximate, refer to working days (excluding weekends and holidays) and might change depending on the circumstances and the availability of products.
