You can return your whole or part of your order, if you are not satisfied with them.
You can return products in these cases:
1) if you receive a defective product
2) if you receive different products from the one you ordered.
3) in case the size of the product does not fit well (only for products from the categories shoes & clothes)
4) in case you want to exchange a product you received, which is not defective
No return will be accepted, unless you contact to Online Shop department via phone or email. You can reach us via phone at +30 2310 695950 – 3, inter. 101 or e-mail at [email protected] and report the fact.
You can return products within 14 days from the day you received the parcel. Returned goods must not be damaged or worn and all original labels, hangtags and package are required. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Furthermore, the original receipt has to be enclosed in the returning package.
In cases 1, 2, & 3 DOCA undertakes to cover the transfer cost.
In 4th case, the new order should be higher from the order that replaces.
The shipping cost, the cost of cash on delivery service and the difference arising from the new order, must be paid from the customer.
Finally you have the right to ask for money refund within 15 days from the date that there is in receipt. The cost of delivery charges the customer. The original receipt must be enclosed in the package
